摘　　要：在信息通信技术的成熟和国家“互联网+”战略的双重推动下,在线教育得到了高度重视和发展,全国各地纷纷涌现出众多各具特色的线上教育产品。在蓬勃发展的在线教育行业背景下,易学在线教育平台创业项目面临着众多的机遇与挑战。本文以易学在线教育平台为基础,通过对其进行SWOT模型和STP模型综合系统分析,为创业项目在教育行业中的发展提出科学策略。Under the dual promotion of the maturity of information and communication technology and the national"Internet+"strategy,online education has been highly valued and developed,and many unique online education products have emerged across the country.In the context of the booming online education industry,the entrepreneurial project of the Yixue online education platform is facing numerous opportunities and challenges.This article is based on the Yixue online education platform,through the comprehensive systematic analysis of SWOT model and STP model,and proposes a scientifi c strategy for the development of entrepreneurial projects in the education industry.
