摘  要:内部市场化的实施可以使企业充分结合市场发展的客观规律实现对生产经营活动的调整创新,进而满足企业潜力开发需要,增加企业的竞争活力。内部市场化的实施可以使企业的工作运行效率得到提升,促进企业经济效益优化,还可以使企业的劳动力潜能得到激发,提升人力资源流动水平,使企业的内部成本得到更加有效的控制。内部市场化的实施使得企业的成本责任得到了进一步明确,并保证企业的内部利润空间得到进一步的扩展,使企业可以凭借内部费用的创新应用实现对总成本的有效管控。The implementation of internal marketization can enable enterprises to fully integrate the objective laws of market development to realize the adjustment and innovation of production and operation activities,thereby satisfying the needs of enterprise potential development and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises.The implementation of internal marketization can improve the efficiency of the company's work and operation,promote the optimization of corporate economic benefi ts,and can also stimulate the potential of the company's labor force,improve the level of human resource fl ow,and enable the company's internal costs to be more effectively controlled.The implementation of internal marketization has further clarifi ed the company's cost responsibilities and ensured that the company's internal profi t margins have been further expanded,so that the company can achieve effective control of the total cost by virtue of the innovative application of internal expenses.
