摘  要:针对不间断电源或应急电源系统中储能电池包的充电需求,设计了基于半桥拓扑LLC谐振软开关技术的充电电源。详细介绍了半桥LLC谐振变换器的工作原理,结合产品充电指标,对关键器件进行了计算选型,并通过软件仿真验证参数设计的合理性。随后提供了充电电源的主要硬件原理图,结合充电特性对环路控制进行了描述。通过样机测试表明该电源转换效率高,输出稳压稳流精度好,能实现储能电池的充电功能要求,设计方案合理有效。Facing the power-charging demand of energy storage battery pack in UPS or emergency power supply system,this paper gives a design of charging power supply based on halfbridge topology LLC resonant soft switching technology.It introduces the principle of halfbridge LLC resonant converter,calculates and selects the key components by charging characteristics,and testifies the rationality of the parameter design with software simulation.The paper also provides the main hardware scheme of the charging power supply,and describes the loop control with charge characteristic.Prototyping test shows the power supply has high power conversion efficiency,precise and stable output voltage and current,which can meet the charging requirement of energy storage battery.The design is reasonable and effective.
