摘  要:师德养成教育是师德师风建设的重要途径,是教师培训的首要内容。县级教师进修学校依托"国培计划"和"国家教师发展协同创新实验基地"项目,从研——思想铸魂定方向、塑——引领互学塑师形、践——校本实践强师德三个方面探索推进县域乡村教师师德养成教育的新路径,进一步完善国家、省、市、县、校五级乡村教师师德培训体系。Teachers’ ethics cultivation education is an important way to construct teachers’ ethics and the primary content of teacher training. At the county level, teacher training schools rely on "the National training plan" and "National collaborative innovation experimental base for teacher development" project, to explore a new way to promote teachers’ moral cultivation education in county rural from three aspects: RESEARCH: casting the soul, determine direction and mind. SHAPE: learning from each other and shaping the image of teachers. PRACTICE: strengthening teachers’ morality from school-based practices. We will further improve the ethics training system for rural teachers at the national, provincial, municipal, county and school levels.
