摘　　要：为顺应新时代社会发展需求,培育"高素质、复合型、创新性"时代新人,我院在工程教育认证和课程思政双重视域下,针对能源与动力工程专业,以"专业能力培养为主线,立德树人为根本"的思路进行一系列教学改革,准确定位教学目标,变革教学模式,拓展教学方法,重构教学内容,优化教学体系等,持续改进不断提升课程教学品质。实践结果表明:学生的工程实践能力、人文素养等均得到了很大程度的提高,人才培养质量更加适应时代要求。In order to meet the needs of social development in the new era, more and more new social builders are needed. Our Department of Energy and Power Engineering takes the certification of engineering education and the curriculum ideological and political construction as an opportunity, practice the teaching reform in order to improve the teaching quality. We carried out a series of teaching reforms with the concept of "professional ability training is always the main thoughts throughout the process, morality education is the basic task. We improved and optimized the existing teaching system, integrated ideological and political elements into the teaching and reconstructed the teaching content. The teaching reform is a dynamic improvement process, all of the teaching deficiencies will be corrected. Practice shows that student’s practical ability and humanistic quality are improved greatly. Graduates of our college can adapt to the rapid development of the new era.
