重庆高职专业结构与产业结构适应性探究

摘　　要：通过调研重庆高职人力资源供需两侧发现,供给侧:专业链对接产业链缺乏统筹规划,专业设置同质化态势愈发严峻,专业设置产业导向意识不强而引发专业密度普遍偏低,进而导致专业对接产业匹配度低;需求侧:产业结构服务化引起的"结构性减速"加剧了三次产业对GDP贡献率强波动态势和复合型人才短缺。为此建议:创新"双园模式+教学企业"的供给引导型产教融合载体,改革师资聘用体制和高职生源供给机制,实施"大数据+传统专业"的专业转型来破解专业设置同质化和培养促进三次产业结构优化与质量提升的复合型人才,搭建市区两级的政府产教融合信息发布平台来实现专业链与产业链的精准对接,最终缓解人才教育供给与产业需求的重大结构性矛盾。Through the investigation of both sides of Chongqing higher vocational human resources supply and demand found,the supply side:lack of overall planning for specialty chain docking industry chain,the homogenization of professional settings is becoming more and more severe,the industry orientation consciousness of specialty setting is not strong,and the specialty density is generally low,thus leading to the professional docking industry matching low degree;the demand side:the"structural slowdown"caused by the servitization of industrial structure has aggravated the fluctuation of the contribution rate of the three industries to GDP and the shortage of compound talents.To this end,it is recommended that:to innovate"double garden mode+teaching enterprise"supply-guided production and education integration carrier,to reform the teacher recruitment system and the student supply mechanism for higher vocational colleges,to implement the major transformation of"big data+traditional major"to solve the problem of specialty homogeneity and cultivate compound talents that promote the optimization and quality improvement of the tertiary industry structure,to build a government industry-education information release platform at both province and district levels to realize precise docking between professional chain and industrial chain.Finally,the major structural contradiction between talent education supply and industry demand will be alleviated.
