摘 要:对某海洋平台的甲板及舱壁结构减隔振特性进行研究,考虑包括改变甲板及舱壁的型材参数、布置方式、应用阻振质量及自由阻尼层等抑制结构振动的设计方法。以被减隔振结构上振动测点的平均振级为评价指标,研究甲板及舱壁结构的不同设计对结构减隔振性能的影响规律。结果表明:提高被考核甲板减隔振效果的技术途径为将甲板上的部分加强筋改为强梁或者增加甲板强梁的高度及对应的翼板宽度,而且不影响被考核舱壁的减隔振特性。同时提高被考核甲板和舱壁减隔振效果的最佳技术方案则是在振动激励源所在甲板周围的边缘增设阻振质量。The vibration reduction and isolation characteristics of the deck and bulkhead structure of an offshore platform were studied.The design methods,including the changing of the profile parameters of the deck and bulkhead and the layout of girder and stiffener,the application of vibration damping mass and free damping layer,etc.were employed to suppress structural vibration.Taking the average vibration level at the vibration measurement points of the vibration isolation structure as the evaluation index,the influence law of different designs of the deck and bulkhead structures on the vibration isolation performance of the structure was investigated.Results show that the vibration reduction and isolation effect of the deck can be improved by changing part of the stiffeners of the deck into strong beams or increasing the height of the web and the width of the flange of the deck beams without affecting the vibration reduction and isolation characteristics of the bulkhead.The best technical solution for improving the effect of vibration reduction and isolation of the decks and bulkheads is to add vibration damping masses around the edge of the deck where the vibration excitation source is located.
