摘 要:因具有重量轻、隔声量高等优点,夹层板被广泛地应用于船舶结构及设备的隔声设计。以弹性多孔吸声夹芯层合板为研究对象,采用基于有限元和自动匹配层技术的直接声振耦合计算方法求解结构在自由边界条件下的声传递损失,分析不同多孔吸声材料组合及排列方式对结构隔声特性的影响,结果表明组合夹芯层基于比例和排列方式的不同表现出不同的隔声特性,在工程应用中针对不同的噪声频谱,采用与特定的组合排列方法构造类似的夹层板结构可提高结构的隔声性能、实现结构的轻量化并减少研发新材料的成本。Sandwich panels,due to their advantages of light weight and high sound insulation,are widely used in sound insulation design of ship structures and equipment.Taking the sandwich panels with porous elastic cores as the research object,the direct acoustic vibration coupling method based on finite element method and automatically matched layers technique was used to solve the sound transmission loss of the structures under the free boundary condition.The influence of different combinations and arrangements of the porous elastic materials on the sound insulation characteristics of the structures was analyzed.The results show that the composite sandwich panels have different sound insulation characteristics according to the different proportion and arrangement of the pores.In engineering applications,according to the different noise spectrum,the similar sandwich panel structures can be constructed by the proposed combination arrangement method to improve the sound insulation performance to realize the lightweight of the structure and reduce the cost of the development of the new materials.
