摘 要:肝脏是人体重要的代谢器官,具有独特的再生能力,然而急性肝功能衰竭及肝脏先天性代谢疾病等终末期肝病的预后极差,如何促进肝脏再生成为研究热点。肝再生是一个非常复杂和精确的调控过程,涉及多种细胞间的相互协调,目前有研究结果证实血小板对肝再生过程具有重要作用,本文对此做一综述并探讨进一步研究的方向,以期对肝病的治疗和药物研发提供基础依据,提高患者生存质量。The liver is an important metabolic organ of the human body,which has a unique ability of regeneration.However,the prognosis of end-stage liver diseases such as acute liver failure and liver congenital metabolic diseases is very poor,so how to promote liver regeneration has become a research hotspot.Liver regeneration is a very complex and accurate regulatory process,which involves the coordination of many kinds of cells.At present,some studies have confirmed that platelets play an important role in the process of liver regeneration.This paper reviews this and discusses the direction of further research,in order to provide the basis for the treatment of liver disease and drug research and development,and improve the quality of life of patients.
