摘  要:可控气氛渗碳炉在机械工业生产中的普及率越来越高,但在新设备使用几年后,难免会出现零件渗层深度不符合工艺设定值的现象,定期进行定碳试验是了解炉膛碳势实际情况的重要手段。针对某公司出现的渗碳零件质量问题进行了定碳试验,确定了影响定碳准确性的因素,包括炉内气氛均匀性、气体流量的稳定性、炉膛内部积碳情况、定碳工具及试验过程中的操作稳定性等,解决了零件的质量问题并找到了提高定碳准确性的方法。The popularization rate of controlled atmosphere carburizing furnace in mechanical industry is getting higher and higher.However,when the new equipment is used for several years,it is inevitable that the depth of the infiltrated layer of the parts does not accord with the set value of the process.Regular carbon determination test is an important mean to understand the actual situation of furnace carbon potential.According to the quality problems of carburized parts in a company,the carbon determination test was carried out.The factors affecting the accuracy of carbon determination were determined,including the uniformity of atmosphere in the furnace,the stability of gas flow rate,the accumulation of carbon inside the furnace,the stability of carbon determination tools and the operation during the test process,and so on.The quality problem of the parts was solved and the method to improve the accuracy of carbon determination was found.
