摘　　要：基于技术创新策源、产业创新策源、创新应用策源和科学创新策源四个基准层,构建粤港澳大湾区科技创新策源能力评价指标体系,采用HAKEN协同演化模型和SOM聚类算法,准确识别科技创新策源要素及其作用机理。研究表明:创新应用策源能力受政策环境、创新网络规模和协同交互强度等影响显著;技术创新和科学创新策源能力受到价值信任基础和核心科技辐射影响较深;科技辐射强度关联创新价值和创新系统的原创技术释放效率,创新网络规模制约产业交互协作水平等。据此,应激发原生创新要素能量和累进尖端知识,促进要素流动加快产业创新策源,强化动态交互促进创新应用策源。Based on four benchmark levels of the strategy source capability in technological innovation,industrial innovation,innovation application and science innovation,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation strategy source capability,using Haken Synergetic Evolvement Model and SOM clustering algorithm to accurately identify the innovation strategy source elements and the mechanism.The results show that the policy environment,innovation network scale and collaborative interaction intensity have significant cluster effects on the innovation strategy source capability.The ability of technological innovation and scientific innovation is deeply influenced by the value trust foundation and core science radiation,the radiation intensity of science and technology is related to the innovation value and the original technology release efficiency of the innovation system,the scale of innovation network restricts the level of industrial collaborative interaction.Accordingly,We should stimulate the energy of original innovation elements and the accumulation of elite knowledge,promote the elements flow to accelerate the source of industrial innovation,and strengthen dynamic interaction to promote the source capability of innovation application.
