摘  要:目的对江西省市售竹纤维餐具中有害物质迁移含量进行调查。方法从江西省11个地市的各大超市、网店采集48份竹纤维餐具,采用2020年国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册方法对样品中甲醛、三聚氰胺、苯代三聚氰胺、尿素、铅、镉、砷等7种物质迁移量进行检测。结果甲醛检出率为100.0%,超标率为18.8%(9/48),迁移量范围为1.98~114 mg/kg;三聚氰胺检出率为100.0%,超标率为66.7%(32/48),迁移量范围为0.44~14.1 mg/kg;尿素、铅的检出率分别为4.2%、6.2%,均未超标;苯代三聚氰胺、镉、砷未检出。结论江西省市售竹纤维餐具中甲醛和三聚氰胺迁移较为严重;尿素、苯代三聚氰胺以及铅、砷、镉的迁移量均处于较低水平。Objective To investigate the migration content of harmful substances in commercial bamboo-fiber dinnerware in Jiangxi Province.Methods Forty-eight commercial bamboo-fiber dinnerware were purchased from different supermarkets and online markets in Jiangxi Province.The migration of seven substances,including formaldehyde,melamine,phenyl-substituted melamine,urea,lead,cadmium,and arsenic,were detected in the samples using the 2020 National Food Contamination and Harmful Factors Risk Monitoring Workbook method.Results The detection rate of formaldehyde was 100.0%,the exceedance rate was 18.8%(9/48),and the migration range was 1.98 mg/kg-114 mg/kg;the detection rate of melamine was 100.0%,the exceedance rate was 66.7%(32/48),and the migration range was 0.44 mg/kg-14.1 mg/kg.The detection rates of urea and lead were 4.2%and 6.2%,respectively,which did not exceed the standard;benzene substitute melamine,cadmium and arsenic were not detected.Conclusion Formaldehyde and melamine migration in bamboo-fiber dinnerware in Jiangxi Province are severe,and the migration of urea,benzyl melamine,lead,arsenic and cadmium are at low levels.
