摘 要:分析了绿色养护中药材当归的重要性和迫切性,归纳总结了超声清洗技术和果蔬、食品的绿色防腐保鲜技术和方法,论证了超声波与果蔬、食品绿色防腐保鲜技术联用,应用于当归药材贮藏养护的可行性.确定了超声波联用技术养护当归后评价养护效果的待检药效成分和质量标准成分及其测定方法,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法测定阿魏酸、藁本内酯、丁烯基苯肽和丁基苯肽,紫外可见光谱法(UV-Vis)法测定当归多糖,选定的测定成分代表性强,测定方法得当,简便,重现性好,稳定、可靠,应用广泛.将超声波及其联用技术应用于当归药材绿色养护中,具有广阔的研究和应用前景.Analyzed the importance and urgency of Angelica sinensis in green conservation,summarized the ultrasonic cleaning technology and the green preservative preservation technology and methods of fruits,vegetables and foods,and demonstrated the combination of ultrasound and the green preservative preservation technology of fruits,vegetables and foods,applied to Angelica medicinal materials feasibility of storage and maintenance.Determined the medicinal efficacy components and quality standard components to be tested and evaluated after curing the Angelica sinensis by ultrasonic technology and its determination method,and determined the ferulic acid,ligustilide,butenyl phenyl peptide and butyl phenyl peptide by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)method,The Ultraviolet-Visible Spectrometry(UV-Vis)method is used for the determination of angelica polysaccharides.The selected measurement components are highly representative,the measurement method is appropriate,simple,reproducible,stable,reliable,and widely used.Ultrasound and its combined technology would be used in the green conservation of Angelica medicinal materials,and have broad research and application prospects.
