摘 要:目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊护士创伤后成长的真实体验,为制定干预策略提供依据。方法:采用现象学质性研究方法,对14位新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊护士进行半结构式深入访谈,并运用Colaizzi现象资料7步分析法分析资料,提炼主题。结果:新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊护士创伤后成长体验可归纳为3部分,即新冠肺炎确诊后的情绪体验、创伤后成长促进因素以及创伤后成长体验。结论:新冠病毒肺炎确诊的护士在康复后表现出创伤后成长,有效应对和社会支持在其中发挥了重要作用,提示管理者可在平时注重培养护士对创伤事件的应对能力,给予他们更多的社会支持,从而促进创伤后成长的发生。Objective:To explore the experience of post-traumatic growth of nurses with COVID-19.Methods:A total of 14 cases of nurses with COVID-19 were interviewed in depth using phenomenological research methods in qualitative research.The results were analyzed with Colaizzi's phenomenon data 7-step analysis method,and the themes were analyzed and refined.Results:The post traumatic growth of the nurses can be summarized into 3 categories:the emotional experience after COVID-19 infection,the post-traumatic growth promoting factors,and the post-traumatic growth experience.Conclusion:Nurses infected with COVID-19 have obvious post-traumatic growth.Effective response and social support play a very important role to promote post-traumatic growth.It is suggested that medical managers should pay attention to the training of nurses'coping ability,and providing more social support when they experience traumatic events.
