《医说》中佛医医案的治疗特色探析

摘　　要：《医说》是南宋张杲的医史文献类著作,其中包含许多佛医医案,主要涉及方药、咒语、艾灸、针灸四种佛医治疗方法,反映了当时佛医的发展水平与临床治疗情况,在用药方面表现出万物皆药、以食为药的特色,丰富了传统药物的种类,在治疗技术的选用上采取多种方法合用,为传统医药带来了新的医学知识与治疗手段,可以更好地服务于临床,对中国医学的发展产生了一定影响。此外,佛医本着贵人命、不拘泥于戒律的原则,对临床用药也产生了一定的影响。在医德方面有着高标准的要求,对当下建立和谐的医患关系具有借鉴意义。Yi Shuo is one of Zhang Gao's classic works on medical history and literature in the Southern Song Dynasty.It contains many Buddhist medical records,mainly involving four Buddhist treatment methods:prescriptions,incantations,moxibustion,and acupuncture.It also reflects the development level and clinical treatment of Buddhist medicine at that time.As far as its therapeutic function is concerned,it shows the concept that everything is medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine is a drug homologous food,which enriches the types of traditional medicines.In the selection of treatment technology,a variety of methods are used,which contributes to new medical knowledge and treatment methods.It can serve the clinic better and has a certain impact on the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In addition,Buddhist medicine is based on the principle of noble life and not sticking to religious discipline,which has a certain impact on clinical medication.There are also high standards for medical ethics,which can be used as a reference for establishing a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
