摘  要:哺乳动物剥制标本是动物学、动物解剖学、林学等专业教学科研不可或缺的重要材料,也是贵重工艺品的主要类型。针对传统标本制作技术的种种不足,为广大标本制作爱好者介绍一种哺乳动物标本制作过程中皮张鞣制优化技术。优化的皮张鞣制技术对动物皮毛进行清洗以及柔顺处理,使得动物标本皮毛顺滑且不易擀毡,标本形态更生动逼真,能够有效解决标本变形,不易保藏等问题。改进了以往皮张鞣制技术的不足,低毒环保,降低操作难度,适当缩短操作时间,将化学药品种类及剂量做出调整,更易于实验室或缺少专业器械的室内操作。Mammalian flaking specimens are indispensable materials for teaching and research in zoology,animal science,forestry,and other specialties.They are also the main types of precious handicrafts,and they are aimed at various deficiencies in traditional specimen production techniques.For the majority of specimen production enthusiasts,the paper introduces an optimized technique for skin tanning during the production of mammalian specimens.The optimized leather tanning technique cleans and supple treatment of animal fur,making animal specimens smooth and not easy to roll felt.The specimen form is more vivid and realistic.It can effectively prevent specimen deformation and is not easy to preserve.It has improved the deficiencies of the previous leather tanning technology,reduced the environmental protection,reduced the difficulty of operation,appropriately shortened the operating time,adjusted the type and dose of chemicals,and was easier to operate in the laboratory or lacked professional equipment.
