摘　　要：搭建了活塞式压气机性能测试实验教学装置,可测量吸气温度、压缩终了气压、储气罐内气压、转速、减压阀后排气气压、温度和流量等参数,用于计算其实际排量、功耗、容积效率和等温压缩效率等参数。改造前,采用毛细管作为引压管,两端分别焊接至气缸侧壁取压孔和快装接头,存在测压值偏低和频繁脱焊等故障。改造后,从气缸排气口设置螺纹口并连接快装接头引压管。既提高了测量精度,等温压缩效率提高了2%~3%,又提高了装置的可靠性,减少了维修对教学安排的影响。Eight piston-type air compressor performance test devices for experimental teaching are built.The parameters,including suction temperature,discharge pressure,tank air pressure,revolution speed,temperature and pressure and flow of deflated air after reducing valve,all can be measured for calculation the characteristics parameters of actual displacement,work,volumetric efficiency and isothermal compression efficiency.The discharge pressure is measure by a capillary tube,which is weld to the pressure port at the cylinder wall and a quick coupler with each end.The measured value is a little lower and frequent breakdown of welding.To solve these problems,a quick coupler with thread mouth is connected with the cylinder vent and a barometer.The measurement accuracy and reliability are both improved.The isothermal compression efficiency increases 2%-3%.
