摘 要:离子选择性电极法(ISE)占据分析化学课程教学中的重要地位,很多高校开设了相关实验,使用商品化的晶体膜ISE。但其价格较高,寿命不长,更换电极是一笔不小的开支。为解决此问题,采用聚合物膜ISE替代传统的晶体膜ISE。以钙离子测定为例,制备出聚合物膜钙离子ISE,其线性范围为1×10^(-6) mol/L~1×10^(-2) mol/L,检测限低至6.02×10^(-7) mol/L,对常见金属离子的选择性良好。实践证明,改进的实验设计不仅节省了实验室运行经费,还可获得较好的实验教学效果。The ion selective electrode(ISE)method occupies an important position in the teaching of analytical chemistry.Many universities have set up relevant experiments and commercialized crystal membrane ISEs are used.However,the cost of changing electrodes is a great expense to the laboratory due to their high price and short life.Herein,the polymeric membrane ISEs are used instead of the traditional crystal membrane ISEs,therefore,such problems are resolved.As an experiment of prove,a polymeric calcium-selective electrode was prepared,and its linear range was 1×10^(-6) mol/L~1×10^(-2) mol/L with the detection limit of 6.02×10^(-7) mol/L.The electrode exhibited good selectivity to common metal ions.Practice showed that the improved experimental design not only saved the funds for laboratory operation,but also achieved better experimental teaching results.
