摘  要:“双一流”大学建设为我国“一流教师”团队打造提供了新的理念、方向、平台与动能,同时也启迪了我国高素质大学教师发展的重要思路。当前,我国大学在师德师风建设、资格准入、教师培训等方面存在问题,受制于传统教师质量观的钳制僵局、大学教师核心素质基础孱弱与管理机制的不健全。在“双一流”大学建设的引领下,我国大学要建立健全大学师德建设长效机制,培育教师专业发展自觉与成长共同体,深化以制度为抓手的师资管理体系,改革完善大学人才培养体系与文化滋养之源。The construction of Double First-Class universities not only provides new ideas,directions,platforms and momentums for developing the First-Class Teachers team in China,but also enlightens the important ideas for the development of high-level university teachers in China.At present,there are some problems in the construction of teachers’ethics,qualification admittance and teacher training in Chinese universities,which are restricted by the traditional view of teachers’quality,the weak foundation of university teachers’core quality and the imperfect management mechanism.Under the guidance of Double First-Class university construction,universities should establish and improve the long-term mechanism for university teachers’ethics construction,cultivate teachers’professional development consciousness and growth community,deepen the teacher management by taking system as the starting point,and reform and improve the university’s personnel training system and the source of cultural nourishment.
