摘  要:针对某型直升机发动机燃油入口压力需求,提出了一种简化的直升机供油系统构型。利用Matlab建立了简化的直升机供油系统数学模型,采用Flowmaster对简化的直升机供油系统建模并进行了稳态仿真对比,验证了该模型的有效性。在此基础上,以发动机燃油入口压力作为控制输入,采用PDI控制增压泵转速,对直升机燃油流量和直升机过载等变化进行了动态仿真分析。结果表明,在直升机燃油流量和直升机过载等变化过程中,采用PID控制改变增压泵的转速,发动机燃油入口压力满足发动机的在恒压范围内的要求,具有一定的工程参考价值。In this paper,the configuration of the helicopter fuel supply system was simplified to meet the need of engine fuel inlet pressure of the certain-type helicopter.A mathematical model of the simplified helicopter fuel supply system was established using Matlab software.The Flowmaster software was used to model the simplified helicopter fuel supply system,and the steady state simulation was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the model.The dynamic simulation analysis under varied helicopterfuel flow and helicopter overload was carried out.In this modeling,the engine fuel inlet pressure was used as a control input,and the PID was used to control the speed of the booster pump.The results showed that the engine fuel inlet pressure met the constant pressure range required by the engine by using PID control to change the speed of the booster pump,during the change of helicopter fuel flow and helicopter overload.What’s more,our work could be useful in the engineering practice.
