创新性治疗面临的伦理困境及监管

摘　　要：医疗是在探索、创新中不断完善和成长的技术。和人体研究、常规治疗以及无效医疗相比,创新性治疗的临床应用对医治对象、技术选择等有着严格的限制。医生对患者进行医疗领域还未完全认可的创新性治疗以挽救其生命、恢复其健康,更容易产生与医疗风险、利益冲突、知情同意等相关的伦理困境。为了破除这种伦理困境,使创新性治疗得到更好的应用和发展,增进患者健康、保证患者安全,上级医疗机构和医院伦理委员会必须对创新性治疗实施有效监管:强化创新性治疗资格审查,加强医疗风险评估,保障患者知情同意,加强医患共同决策。Medical treatment is a technology improving and growing constantly in exploration and innovation.Compared with human research,conventional treatment and medical futility,the clinical application of innovative treatment has strict limits on the treatment objects and technology selection.Innovative treatments provided by doctors,which are not yet fully recognized by the medical community to save their lives and restore their health,but are more likely to cause ethical dilemmas such as medical risks,conflicts of interest,and informed consent.To break this kind of ethical dilemmas,better application and development of innovative treatment,improve patients'health and ensure patients'safety,the higher medical institutions and hospital ethics committee need implement effective supervision:strengthen its qualification examination,strengthen the medical risk assessment,ensure the informed consent of patients,and strengthen the joint decision-making between doctors and patients.
