摘　　要：通过对国内外问题管理加(problem management plus,PM+)相关文献的检索与分析,从PM+的应用现状、干预方法、适用人群、评估指标、实施者、成本效益及可行性等几个方面进行综述,以了解当前PM+在国内外的应用现状及当前存在的不足。PM+是有效性及可行性强的心理干预措施,可以推广应用于心理障碍人群中。然而当前我国对于PM+的研究较少,有待开展更多的相关研究,并增加投入以培养更多的PM+实施者,为推动PM+未来在我国的应用与适应提供实践和理论依据。Through the retrieval and analysis of the literature related to problem management plus(PM+)at home and abroad,this study summarizes the application status,intervention methods,applicable population,evaluation indicators,implementers,cost-effectiveness and feasibility of PM+,in order to understand its current application status and shortcomings.PM+is an effective and feasible psychological intervention measure,which can be widely used in people with psychological disorders.However,at present,with PM+study deficiency,more related researches,investment and more PM+implementers are expected,so as to provide practical and theoretical basis for promoting the future application and adaptation of PM+in China.
