摘  要:黄瓜靶斑病是黄瓜生产中的一种重要病害,严重时会使黄瓜大面积减产甚至绝产,其病原菌为多主棒孢菌(Corynespora cassiicola)。为了寻找可高效抑制该病原菌的植物资源,试验采用菌丝生长速率法测定了羌活、丁香、罗勒等14种植物提取物对黄瓜靶斑病菌的抑菌效果,之后对丁香等3种提取物进行了毒力分析。结果显示,丁香、细辛、北沙参的乙醇提取物在质量浓度为2 mg/m L时的抑菌率均为100%;丁香、细辛、北沙参3种提取物对黄瓜靶斑病菌的抑制效果与质量浓度成正比,对病原菌的EC50值分别为0.209、0.322、0.303 mg/m L。表明丁香、细辛、北沙参的乙醇提取物对黄瓜靶斑病菌的抑制效果较好,研究结果可为开发防治黄瓜靶斑病新型植物源农药提供潜在的资源。Cucumber target leaf spot,caused by Corynespora cassiicola,is an important disease in cucumber production and causes serious yield losses in the epidemic area.To explore plant resources that can efficiently inhibit the Corynespora cassiicola,the antifungal activity of 14 types of plant extracts,such as Notopterygium incisum,Syzygium aromaticum,Ocimum basilicum,was determined through the growth rate method.Then,the toxicity of Syzygium aromaticum,Asarum sieboldii and Glehniae radix were analyzed.The results showed that the inhibitory rates of extracts from Syzygium aromaticum,Asarum sieboldii and Glehniae radix were 100%,respectively,in the concentration of 2 mg/mL.There was a positive correlation between the inhibitory rates of the above 3 types of plant extracts and the concentration,and the values of EC50 were 0.209,0.322,0.303 mg/mL,respectively,to Corynespora cassiicola.The results illustrated that ethanol extracts from Syzygium aromaticum,Asarum sieboldii and Glehniae radix had a good inhibitory effect on Corynespora cassiicola,and potential resources will provide to develop a new plant-derived pesticide for the prevention and treatment of cucumber target leaf spot disease.
