摘 要:大学评价事关学生的成长和大学的发展。从评价主体的角度,大学评价可分为大学内部评价和外部评价,其中大学内部评价属于大学办学自主权的一种重要权力,即大学评价自主权。当前大学评价存在一种“悖论”现象,即对落实和扩大大学办学自主权的强调与大学评价自主权的式微并存、对大学评价的强调与大学内部评价被忽视并存,以致大学评价自主权被弱化、被异化、被外化。解决大学评价的“悖论”问题,亟须回归大学评价的本质,包括寻求大学外部评价与内部评价的一致性,推动和深化大学评价改革,构建大学质量文化。University evaluation is related to the growth of students and the development of the university. From the perspective of evaluation subject, university evaluation can be divided into university internal evaluation and external evaluation. The internal evaluation of a university is one of the important powers of autonomy in the university, that is, the autonomy of university evaluation. There is a phenomenon of "paradox" in current university evaluation, that is, the emphasis on implementation and expansion of the autonomy of university management coexists with the decline of university evaluation autonomy, the emphasis on university evaluation and the neglect of university internal evaluation coexist, resulting in the weakened, alienated, and externalized autonomy of university evaluation. To resolve the "paradox" of university evaluation, it is urgent to return to the essence of university evaluation, which includes seeking the consistency between external and internal university evaluation, promoting and deepening the reform of university evaluation, and building a university quality culture.
