摘　　要：教学学术能力是大学核心竞争力,对大学和教师的发展影响重大。教师教学学术能力的核心是掌握、运用和创新学科教学知识的能力,它内在地形成并发展于大学之中,与大学职能、人才培养模式、知识生产模式的嬗变密切相关,其生成发展有自身的逻辑规律性,教育思想理念牵引着教学学术能力发展,社会教育需求推动着教学学术能力发展,知识生产模式促进着教学学术能力发展。Scholarship of teaching and learning(SoTL)ability is the core competitiveness of universities,which has a significant impact on the development of universities and teachers.The core of SoTL ability is the ability to master,apply and innovate the pedagogical content knowledge.It is formed and devel-oped in universities and closely related to the evolution of university functions,talent training mode and knowledge production mode.Its generation and development has its own logical regularity.Educational i-deas lead the SoTL ability development,social education demands drive the SoTL ability development,and knowledge production modes promote the SoTL ability development.
