摘 要:滚珠丝杠副的载荷分布决定了滚珠丝杠副的传动精度、刚度、寿命等重要性能。在考虑滚动体和滚道变形的基础上,根据赫兹接触理论建立了包含滚动体和滚道误差的滚珠丝杠副载荷分布模型,并选取样件进行仿真分析。结果表明:滚动体加工精度决定了滚珠丝杠副载荷的波动程度;丝杠滚道左右圆弧误差在精确计算滚珠丝杠副载荷分布时不能忽略;满足精度等级要求的丝杠行程误差对载荷分布的影响是可以忽略的;丝杠热伸长引起的滚道误差会改变滚珠丝杠副载荷分布,通过控制丝杠加工温升在4~5℃内能够使滚珠丝杠副载荷更稳定。The load distribution of ball screw influences the performance of ball screw such as transmission accuracy,stiffness,fatigue life,etc.A modeling of load distribution of balls with consideration of the deformations of balls and raceways is established based on hertz contact theory.The errors of ball and raceway are described and incorporated into the contact model and a set of ball screw ball screw is analyzed.The simulation results show that the precision of balls has a great influence on the fluctuation of load distribution.The radius error causes the deviation of contact point between ball and raceway,which cannot be neglected.However,the travel error within the acceptance standard can be ignored during the calculation of load distribution of ball screw.By controlling the temperature rise in the range of 4~5℃during the process of manufacturing screw shaft,a more stable load distribution of ball screw can be got.Applying the model built in this article to calculate the load distribution of ball screw has a great significance to proper design and sizing of ball screw.
