摘　　要：城镇居住区的配套幼儿园对满足城镇居住区的幼儿教育要求和发挥城镇居住区配套功能具有重要意义。基于幼儿教育的特点和城镇居住区配套幼儿园的普惠属性,不但要做好幼儿园的功能定位,还要进一步完善教育保障机制,充分发挥城镇居住区配套幼儿园的教育支撑作用,突出其普惠性特点,提升教育质量和服务实效,推动城镇居住区教育资源的均衡发展。At present,the supporting kindergartens built in urban residential areas are of great significance to meet the requirements of early childhood education in urban residential areas and improve the supporting functions of urban residential areas.Based on the characteristics of early childhood education and the inclusive nature of supporting kindergartens in urban residential areas,not only should the function orientation of kindergartens,but also the education guarantee mechanism should be further improved to give full play to the educational support role of supporting kindergartens in urban residential areas,highlight the inclusive characteristics,improve the educational quality and service effectiveness of supporting kindergartens in urban residential areas,and promote the balanced development of educational resources in urban residential areas.
