摘 要:以某医学院校668名临床医学专业学生为研究对象,采用协方差分析法比较不同性别和不同学制的学生执业医师第一阶段实证研究成绩。目的在于挖掘影响学生成绩的内在因素,对临床医学专业学生的人才培养工作进行评价和总结,以此为下一步临床医学专业人才的培养提供一些思考和建议。Taking 668 students of clinical medicine major in a medical college as the research object, the covariance analysis method was used to compare the first-stage empirical research results of medical students of different genders and academic backgrounds.The purpose of this article is to explore the internal factors that affect student performance, to evaluate and summarize the training of clinical medical students, and to provide some thoughts and suggestions for the training of clinical medical professionals.
