摘 要:目的:了解安徽省某医学院校护理专业学生职业认同感现状及影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,对179名护理专业学生职业认同感和新冠肺炎认知及态度情况进行调查。结果:护生的职业认同感总分为(105.12±18.62),为中等水平;新冠肺炎基本概念和防护知识得分为(88.45±8.92);认知态度与职业认同感评分呈正相关。多元回归分析显示,新冠肺炎认知及态度进入方程,对护生职业认同感有影响。结论:新冠肺炎认知及态度影响个体职业认同,建议多视角引导护生,提高职业认同,维护护士队伍稳定。Objective:Based on the current situation of COVID-19 epidemic,to investigate the professional identity and influencing factors of nursing students in a medical college in Anhui province.Methods:During February 15~30,2020.Professional identity and COVID-19 cognition and attitude of 179 nursing students were investigated.Results:The total score of professional identity of nursing students is(105.12±18.62),The score of basic concepts and protection knowledge of covid-19 is(88.45±8.92),The survey on COVID-19 showed that 169(94.4%)people were willing to take the initiative to participate in the first-line anti-epidemic treatment;Covid-19 cognitive attitude was positively correlated with the score of professional identity.Multiple regression analysis showed that covid-19 cognition and attitude entered the equation and had an impact on nursing students’professional identity.Conclusion Nursing students’professional identity was at an intermediate level,and the influencing factors were covid-19 cognition and attitude.It is suggested that the government,society,hospitals and institutions can guide nursing students from multiple perspectives,strengthen education on public emergencies,improve nursing students’professional identity,and maintain the stability of the nursing staff.
