摘　　要：目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)联合心理干预对抑郁症患者的治疗效果。方法选取抑郁症患者60例作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各30例。对照组予伪rTMS联合心理干预进行治疗,研究组予10 Hz rTMS联合心理干预进行治疗,2组均持续治疗4周。比较2组治疗4周后临床疗效,治疗前、治疗2、4周后抑郁程度、自杀意念程度及认知功能。结果治疗4周后,研究组总有效率(93.33%,28/30)高于对照组(73.33%,22/30)(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗2、4周后,2组HAMD、SIOSS评分均呈逐渐降低趋势,且研究组评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组MMSE评分均呈逐渐升高趋势,且研究组评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论rTMS联合心理干预可明显减轻抑郁症患者抑郁程度及自杀意念程度,改善患者认知功能,有助于提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with psychological intervention on patients with depression.Methods A total of sixty patients with depression were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pseudo rTMS combined with psychological intervention,and the study group was treated with 10 Hz rTMS combined with psychological intervention.Both groups continued the treatment for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,the degree of depression,suicidal ideation and cognitive function before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group(93.33%,28/30)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%,22/30)(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the HAMD and SIOSS scores of the two groups showed a gradually decreasing trend,and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The MMSE scores of the two groups showed a gradually increasing trend,and the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion rTMS combined with psychological intervention can significantly reduce the degree of depression and suicidal ideation in patients with depression,improve patients’cognitive function,and help improve clinical efficacy.
