摘 要:为了提高CA砂浆的抗冻性,将纳米碳纤维和SBR用于乳化沥青改性,研究了两种材料单掺和复掺对CA砂浆抗冻性的影响,并用荧光显微分析揭示了改性机制。试验结果显示:纳米碳纤维和SBR单掺都能明显改善CA砂浆的抗冻性,其中当纳米碳纤维掺量为3%时,CA砂浆的相对动弹性模量和质量损失率分别出现最大值和最小值;当SBR掺量超过3%时,再提高SBR掺量对抗冻性的改善效果不显著。相比两种材料单掺,两种材料复掺时CA砂浆具有更好的抗冻性,且当两种材料掺量同为3%时,抗冻性最好。当纳米碳纤维和SBR掺量合适时,SBR在沥青中呈均匀分布,且能形成稳定的网络结构。In order to improve the frost resistance of CA mortar,nano-carbon fibers and SBR were used to modify emulsified asphalt.The effect of separate or composite addition of the two materials on the frost resistance of CA mortar was studied,and the modification mechanism of the two materials was revealed by fluorescence microscopy analysis.The experimental results show that the separate addition of the nano carbon fiber or SBR can both significantly improve the frost resistance of CA mortar.When the amount of nano carbon fiber admixture is 3%,the relative dynamic elastic modulus and the mass loss rate of CA mortar have the maximum value and minimum value,respectively.When the amount of SBR admixture exceeds 3%,the effect of increasing the amount of SBR admixture against freezing is not significant.Compared with separate addition of the two materials,the CA mortar has better frost resistance with combined addition of the two materials.When the content of the two materials is both 3%,the frost resistance is the best.When the amount of nano carbon fiber and SBR is appropriate,SBR is evenly distributed in the asphalt and can form a stable network structure.
