摘　　要：“弱鸟先飞、滴水穿石”闽东精神影响着闽东高校青年学生的发展,它要求青年要树立“弱鸟先飞”的意识,坚持“滴水穿石”的韧性,积极投身基层,奉献自我。结合高校自身发展实践,将“弱鸟先飞、滴水穿石”闽东精神融入高校思想政治教育中,探索出一条适合闽东高校发展的教育模式,实现闽东青年的中国梦。The Mindong spirit of"weak birds fly first,dripping water through rocks"affects the development of young students in Mindong colleges and universities.It requires young people to establish the awareness of"weak birds fly first",adhere to the toughness of"dropping water through rocks",actively devote themselves to the grassroots and dedicate themselves.Combining with the development practice of colleges and universities,the Mindong spirit of"weak birds fly first,dripping water through rocks"is integrated into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities,exploring an education model suitable for the development of Mindong colleges and universities,and realizing the Chinese dream of Mindong youths.
