摘　　要：目的:了解甘肃省、内蒙古自治区、宁夏回族自治区(以下简称北方三省区)吸毒成瘾人群医疗用药物滥用现状及行为特征,为麻醉药品、精神药品监管提供技术支持。方法:采用抽样调查方法,抽取北方三省区15家强制隔离戒毒所内的5677例吸毒成瘾者为研究对象,使用自行设计的调查问卷开展流行病学调查。结果:(1)北方三省区滥用医疗用药品总人数为1139人,使用率20.1%;医疗用药物滥用种类22种,前五位依次为复方地芬诺酯片、曲马多、三唑仑、地西泮、盐酸哌替啶,但三省区顺位存在差异。(2)北方三省区吸毒成瘾人群在主要医疗用药物滥用年限、场所、方式及原因等行为特征存在差异。结论:北方三省区吸毒成瘾人群医疗用药物滥用率较高,主要滥用的医疗用药物相关行为特征存在差异,提示应采取相应措施控制医疗用药物的滥用。Objective:To understand the current status and behavioral characteristics of medical drug abuse among drug addicts in three northern provinces to provide technical support for the supervision of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs. Methods:Using sampling survey, 5677 drug addicts from 15 compulsory isolation and rehabilitation centers in Gansu Province, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were selected as the research subjects, and the self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct the epidemiological investigation. Results:(1) The total number of abusers of medical drugs in the three provinces was 1139, and the utilization rate reached 20.1%;there were 22 types of medical drugs abused, and the top five drugs were compound diphenoxylate tablets, tramadol, triazolam, diazepam, and pethidine hydrochloride. There was different between three provinces for the medical drugs abuse.(2) There were differences in the behavioral characteristics of drug abuse for major medical drugs in the use years, places, methods, and causes. Conclusion:The abuse rate of medical drugs among drug addicts in the three northern provinces was relatively high, and there were differences in the behavioral characteristics of the main abused medical drugs, which suggested that corresponding measures should be taken to control the abuse of medical drugs.
