合成毒品滥用者戒毒动机、过程和方式的质性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究合成毒品滥用者自然康复的心理过程,重点探讨"为什么戒毒"和"如何戒毒"两个问题。方法:对11名合成毒品滥用自然康复者进行深度访谈,运用扎根理论的方法对结果进行分析。结果:(1)合成毒品滥用者戒毒的原因包括吸毒导致的一系列严重后果、重大事件的发生、来自家庭和家庭成员的压力以及害怕强戒心理等;(2)他们戒毒的措施主要有:自己下定决心、远离吸毒朋友、家庭帮助、来自家庭等方面监督以及过充实有意义的生活。结论:(1)合成毒品滥用者往往基于多种因素而不是单一因素决定戒毒;(2)不同戒毒阶段采取的措施不同,开始阶段主要是自己下决心、远离吸毒朋友以及接受监督,维持阶段主要是工作和过充实的生活;(3)戒毒过程不仅是戒毒者远离毒品、解除毒瘾的过程,更是其成长康复的过程。Objective:To explore the mental process of natural recovery from synthetic drug abuse by focusing on "reasons for drug abstinence" and "how to abstain from drugs". Methods:Eleven synthetic drug abusers, who had been abstinent for at least three years, were recruited. Date was collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed in the method of the grounded theory. Results:(1) The reasons for drug addicts to quit include serious consequences caused by drug abuse, the occurrence of major events, pressure from families and family members, fear of being forced to quitand and so on;(2) The main measures they took to get rid of drugs include making up their own mind, staying away from the drug addiction circle of friends, family support, family supervision, and having a full and meaningful life. Conclusion:(1) Drug addicts decided to quit relying on multiple factors rather than one single factor;(2) Drug addicts took different measures in different stages of drug rehabilitation. At the beginning of drug rehabilitation, drug addicts mainly made up their mind to stop taking drugs, stayed away from drug addiction circle of friends and accepted the supervision of family members, society or government agencies. In the maintenance of drug rehabilitation, they mainly got jobs, earned money and had a full life with the help of their families;(3)The process of detoxification is not only a process for drug addicts to stay away from drugs and get rid of drug addiction, but also a process of their growth and rehabilitation.
