摘 要:提出了一种基于辅助反馈多区域互联电力系统负荷频率改进的PI切换面滑模控制器的设计方法,实现对多区域互联电力系统负荷频率的优化控制。该方法对滑模控制算法中的比例积分切换面进行改进,得到新的控制规律,从而能够在多区域互联电力系统存在区域负荷干扰和参数变化的情况下,实现负荷频率在规定范围内最小化波动。以两区域电力系统参数为模型,将传统的比例切换滑模控制与改进的控制方法进行仿真分析对比,结果证明了所提控制器的有效性和鲁棒性。通过所提方法设计的控制器,能够有效克服系统的抖振,减小频率偏差并使其快速收敛到零,极大地提高了系统的稳定性。Aiming at the load frequency of multi-area interconnected power system,this paper proposes a design method of improved PI switching surface sliding mode controller based on auxiliary feedback,which realizes optimal control of load frequency for multi-area interconnected power system.The method improves the proportional integral switching surface in the sliding mode control algorithm and obtains a new control law.Therefore,in the case of regional load disturbance and parameter variation in the multi-area interconnected power system,the method can minimize the fluctuation of the load frequency within the specified range.The power system parameters of the two areas are taken as the model,and the improved control method is compared with the traditional proportional switching sliding mode control.The results show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed controller.The controller designed by the method proposed in this paper can effectively overcome the chattering of the system,reduce the frequency deviation and make it converge to zero quickly,which greatly improves the stability of the system.
