摘 要:在沥青混合料配合比设计中,通常采用控制变量法研究单个因素对于沥青混合料性能的影响.为了同时研究多个实验变量对试件的影响并得到最优配比,本文以玄武岩纤维长度、玄武岩纤维掺量、油石比为影响因素,将空隙率、矿料间隙率、沥青饱和度、稳定度、流值作为响应指标,利用响应曲面法对玄武岩纤维SMA沥青混合料配合比进行设计.得到玄武岩纤维长度为6mm、掺量为0.38%、油石比为6.56%时制备得到SMA沥青混合料性能最优.同时预测出此设计下马歇尔稳定度为10.49kN、流值30.86mm、空隙率4.0%、矿料间隙率17.77%、沥青饱和度77.44%,最终试验表明,实测值与预测值之间的误差不超过5.6%,表明了以响应曲面法在沥青混合料配合比优化设计中的适用性和可靠性.In the asphalt mixture design,control variable method is used to study the effect of one factor on the mechanical property of asphalt mixture.In order to simultaneously study the effects of multiple experimental variables on the asphalt mixture specimen and obtain the optimal ratio.Taking basalt fiber length,basalt fiber content and oil-stone ratio as factors,the void ratio,VMA and VFA,Marshall stability,flow value were used as response indicators,in order to design the basalt Fiber SMA asphalt mixture by response surface method.The best performance of SMA asphalt mixture was obtained when the length of basalt fiber was 6 mm,the content was 0.38%,and the ratio of oil and stone was 6.56%.Under this design,the result is predicted to 10.49 kN Marshall stability,flow value 30.86 mm,voids 4.0%,VMA 17.77%,VFA 77.44%.The error between the measured value and the predicted value does not exceed 5.6%.It shows the applicability and reliability of the response surface method using in the optimization of asphalt mixture design.
