摘  要:以非离子型表面活性剂为唯一聚合乳化剂,丙烯酸-2-乙基己基酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯为主单体,甲基丙烯酸为亲水单体,阳离子型偶氮二异丙基咪唑啉盐酸盐为聚合引发剂,后添加阳离子型表面活性剂16-29(十六烷基三甲基氣化铵),制备了高性能的阳离子丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液。考察了非离子型乳化剂用量对反应稳定性的影响,试验了阳离子引发剂用量对单体转化率的影响,测试了甲基丙烯酸用量对反应稳定性及乳液漆膜附着力的影响,考察了玻璃化转变温度对乳液清漆膜性能的影响,试验了胺类表面活性剂加量对附着力和耐黄变的影响。结果表明:非离子型表面活性剂Emulgen 1150S-70的用量为单体的6%时,反应的絮凝物量最少;阳离子引发剂的用量为单体的0.3%时,单体的转化率高;甲基丙烯酸用量为2%时,反应的稳定性佳,漆膜性能优异;玻璃化转变温度约25.3℃时,漆膜的综合性能最佳;表面活性剂16-29用量为配方量的0.2%时,附着力最佳,耐黄变性优。Prepared cationic acrylic emulsion with excellent properties by 2-EHA and MMA with nonionic emulsifier as only emulsifier,MAA as the polymerization hydrophilic monomer,the cationic initiator 2,2′-azobis(1-methylethylidene)bis 4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole dihydrochloride as polymerizing initiator,post addition of cationic surfactant 16-29(hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium chloride).The dosage of nonionic emulsifier Emulgen 1150S-70 to polymerization stability,the dosage of initiator to monomer conversion,the dosage of MAA to polymerization and film adhesion,glass transition temperature to film properties,the dosage of cationic surfactant 16-29 to film adhesion and yellowing resistance were tested.The results show that the 6%dosage of nonionic emulsifier to total monomer weight has best polymerizing stability,the 0.3%dosage of cationic initiator to total monomer weight has high monomer conversion,the 2%dosage of MAA to total monomer weight has good stability and film performance,the glass transition temperature with about 25.3℃ has good film properties,the 0.2%dosage of cationic surfactant 16-29 has good adhesion and yellowing resistance.
