摘 要:耐火板是家居装饰中各类柜体表面装饰必不可少的材料,而在我国全屋定制不断高级化发展的趋势与意大利橱柜等设计风格的影响下,纳米级耐火板等表面材料在图案与肌理上也不断创新,成为家居新产品美学设计的突破口。通过纳米级耐火板在全屋定制的应用,总结了2021年国内的高分子纳米级的耐火板研究成果,选取了其中最有代表性的3个产品进行了性能与特征的调研,从相关工厂得到了准确的数据和分析资料。并结合当下高级全屋定制的发展趋势展望纳米级耐火板材料这一新型创新材料的发展前景,为未来更多的中国家居设计师提供新思路。High-pressure laminate(HPL)is an essential material for the surface decoration of various cabinets in home decoration. Under the continuous development trend of advanced whole-house customization and the influence of the Italian cabinet design style,the constantly innovative pattern and texture of nanoscale intelligent HPL and other surface materials have become a breakthrough in the aesthetics design of new home products. Through the application of nanoscale intelligent HPL in the whole house customization,the research results of domestic intelligent HPL of polymer nanoscale in recent years are introduced. The performance and characteristics of the three most representative products were investigated,and accurate and analysis data were obtained from relevant factories. In combination with the current development trend of advanced whole house customization,the development prospect of nanoscale intelligent HPL materials,a new innovative material,is expected to provide new ideas for more Chinese home furnishing designers in the future.
