摘　　要：床垫压缩性能对椎间盘的恢复、缓解压力、放松肌肉等都有重要的影响。为设计出科学合理、具有较高舒适性的床垫产品提供理论依据,从床垫压缩性能对舒适性的影响入手,逐一分析硬度、回弹性、永久压缩性能对舒适性的影响,分别探讨了床垫压缩性能的测量方式以及舒适性的评价方式,指出应通过材料组合方式和人体卧姿与体型特征两方面改变压缩性能,从而改善舒适性。The compression performance of the mattress has an important effect on the recovery of the intervertebral disc,relieving pressure,and relaxing the muscles. The author starts with the impact of mattress compression performance on lying comfort,analyzes the impact of hardness,resilience,and permanent compression performance on lying comfort one by one;then discusses the measurement method of mattress compression performance and the comfort of lying position. Evaluation method;finally pointed out how to improve the comfort of lying position by changing the compression performance,and provide a theoretical basis for the design of scientific and reasonable mattress products with higher comfort.
