摘　　要：随着电子商务的发展,网络购物成为生活中的常态,家具的可拆装和扁平化包装由于可减少运输成本,有助于家具的网络销售。通过文献分析法对榫卯结构的现状及演变流程进行总结分析,并对其发展趋势进行展望,归纳为3个创新:传统榫卯结构的创新,新材料引入的创新以及设计方法的创新。在此基础上,明确拆装式家具在外形美观、结构稳定、装配便捷和资源节约等方面的设计要求,探索新思路,将现代结构与传统榫卯原理相结合设计出一种适用于桌凳类家具的可拆装榫卯创新结构,拓宽榫卯结构应用范畴,以期为现代实木桌凳可拆装榫卯设计提供一种新的参考。With the development of E-commerce,online shopping has become the norm in life. The detachable and flat packing of furniture can reduce the transportation cost,which is helpful to the network sale of furniture. This paper summarizes and analyzes the present situation and evolution process of mortise tenon structure by literature analysis,and looks forward to its development trend,which is summed up as three innovations: the innovation of traditional mortise-tenon structure,innovation of new material introduction and innovation of design method. On this basis,the design requirements of disassembly and disassembly furniture in the aspects of beautiful appearance,stable structure,convenient assembly and resource saving are clearly defined,and new ideas are explored,combining modern structure with traditional mortise-and-tenon principle,this paper designs an innovative dismountable mortise-and-tenon structure which is suitable for table and stool furniture,and broadens the application scope of mortise-and-tenon structure,which will provide a new reference for the design of disassembly mortise and tenon for modern solid wood table with stools.
