摘 要:活塞杆是液压支架中最重要的承载部件,液压装置密封部分的尺寸大小和加工精度直接关系整体的密封性能和使用寿命,其中,活塞柱的柱塞、缸筒配合间隙与液压支架的整体密封性具有重要的关联。基于此,本文论述了液压支架活塞杆的作用和主要损坏原因,分析了活塞杆柱塞、缸筒配合间隙和密封性能的具体关系,最后提出优化液压支架活塞杆柱塞、缸筒配合间隙和密封性能的措施,为相关工程人员提供一定的借鉴。The piston rod is the most important bearing component in the hydraulic support,the size and processing accuracy of the sealing part of the hydraulic device are directly related to the overall sealing performance and service life,among them,the fit clearance between the plunger and cylinder of the piston column is importantly related to the overall sealing of the hydraulic support.Based on this,this paper discussed the function of the piston rod of the hydraulic support and the main causes of damage,and analyzed the specific relationship between the piston rod plunger,the cylinder barrel and the sealing performance,finally proposed measures to optimize the clearance and sealing performance of the piston rod plunger,cylinder barrel of the hydraulic support,and provide some reference for related engineers.
