摘　　要：论文从国家企业技术中心评价标准出发,明确企业技术中心建设的现实意义,并提出企业技术中心的建设对策:一是健全体制机制,加强顶层设计;二是增加创新经费投入,打造创新人才基地;三是搭建技术创新平台,重视知识产权管理;四是落实产学研合作,促进成果转化。Starting from the national evaluation standards of enterprise technology center,this paper makes clear the practical significance of the construction of enterprise technology center,and puts forward the construction countermeasures of enterprise technology center.Firstly,improving the system and mechanism,strengthening the top-level design.Secondly,increasing investment in innovation funds and constructing a base of innovative talents.Thirdly,constructing a platform for technological innovation and attaching importance to intellectual property management.Fourthly,implementing industry-university-research cooperation and promoting the transformation of achievements.
