摘 要:第四次工业革命带来了劳动力技能需求的调整,对成人教育的发展提出了挑战。世界经济论坛在《未来学校:为第四次工业革命定义新的教育模式》中指出,教育4.0需要满足学习内容和学习经验转向未来需求的变化。这意味着,精准化、包容性、合作化以及终身性将成为未来成人教育的发展方向。在教育4.0时代,需要从扩展学习空间、转变教育理念、整合教育资源、变革教学组织形式和创新教学质量评价等方面思考我国成人教育的发展。The fourth industrial revolution brought about the adjustment of labor skills demand,which posed a challenge to the development of adult education.In Schools of the Future:Defining a New Education Model for the Fourth Industrial Revolution,the World Economic Forum pointed out that Education 4.0 needed to meet the changes in learning content and learning experience towards future needs,which meant that precision,inclusiveness,cooperation and lifelongness would be the development direction of adult education in the future.In the era of Education 4.0,it is necessary to think about the development of adult education in China from the aspects of expanding learning space,transforming educational concepts,integrating educational resources,changing teaching organization forms and innovating teaching quality evaluation.
