摘　　要：以完善新型职业农民从业素质为出发点,在释义新型职业农民内涵的基础上,构建新型职业农民服务“三农”需具备的基本素质体系,进而探究如何建立一条常态化的,教育对象精准、教育方式精准、教育内容精准的优化培育路径,为新时期进一步推进新型城镇化战略,提供更强有力的人才支撑。In order to improve the professional quality of the new professional farmers,this paper constructs the basic quality system for the new professional farmers to serve“Three Rural”on the basis of explaining the connotation of the new professional farmers.It further explores how to establish a normalized optimization and cultivation path with accurate education object,education mode and education content,so as to further promote the new urbanization strategy and provide more powerful talent support in the new era.
