国内临床诊断中较为少见的常见精神障碍

摘　　要：一些发病率并不低的精神障碍在国内门诊却很少被诊断,比如边缘型人格障碍、人格解体/现实解体障碍、成人注意缺陷障碍及Asperger综合征等。本文简单介绍上述几类精神障碍,分析造成此现状的原因,希望引起医学教育和临床工作者的重视,降低因此可能产生的不利影响。Some mental disorders without low morbidity rate are rarely in the domestic clinic,such as borderline personality disorder,depersonalization/derealization disorder,adult attention deficit disorder and Asperger syndrome.This article briefly introduces mental disorders mentioned above,to analyze the causes of the situation,hoping to arouse the attention of medical education and clinical workers and reduce the possible adverse effects.
