摘 要:隔离自由阻尼是在传统的自由阻尼结构上建立的一种减振处理方法.制备了四种具有不同隔离层类型的隔离自由悬臂梁,隔离层分别为厚度6 mm波纹铝板、6 mm聚氨酯泡沫、6 mm波纹铝板与6 mm聚氨酯泡沫复合以及12 mm的聚氨酯泡沫.采用悬臂梁单点锤击法对模型进行振动测试,并对时域波形、传递函数曲线、损耗因子及模态频率进行分析,研究结果表明:12 mm厚的隔离自由阻尼结构相比于6 mm厚的结构,振动持时缩短,损耗因子增加.四种结构中,6 mm波纹铝板与6 mm聚氨酯泡沫的复合结构振动响应持续时间最短,在单位力下的振动加速度最小,峰值范围仅为3.49~4.91 m·s^(-2)/N,并且损耗因子的提升显著.Stand-off free damping is a vibration reduction treatment based on traditional free damping structures.Four kinds of stand-off free cantilever beams with different types of stand-off layers were prepared,and the stand-off layers were respectively 6 mm corrugated aluminum plate,6 mm polyurethane foam,6 mm corrugated aluminum plate combined with 6 mm polyurethane foam,and 12 mm polyurethane foam.The time domain,amplitude-frequency curves,loss factors,and mode frequencies were analyzed by the cantilever beam hammer test.The results show that the vibration duration of the stand-off free damping structure with a thickness of 12 mm are shortened and the loss factors increase compared with the structure with a thickness of 6 mm.Among the four structures,the composite structure of 6 mm corrugated aluminum plate combined with 6 mm polyurethane foam has the shortest vibration response time and the smallest vibration acceleration.The peak value range is only 3.49~4.91 m·s^(-2)/N,and the loss factors are significantly improved.
