摘　　要：“党建+就业”资助模式就是高校党组织紧紧围绕十九大报告提出的“健全学生资助制度”这一要求,将党建与贫困生就业资助工作深度融合,把党建优势转化为精准扶“业”的组织保障,构建一种以党建引领为基础,以就业能力培养为核心,以实现高质量就业为目标的资助新模式。通过以党建促就业,以就业促脱贫的方式,打赢高校脱贫攻坚战,阻断贫困代际传递链,提升贫困生和家长的“获得感”。The funding mode of“party construction+employment”is that the party organizations in colleges and universities closely focus on the requirements of“improving the student funding system”proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,deeply integrates party construction with the employment assistance of poor students,transforms the advantages of party construction into the organizational guarantee of accurate support for“industry”,and constructs a new funding mode based on the guidance of party construction,with the cultivation of employment ability as the core and the realization of high-quality employment as the goal.By the way of the party construction to promote employment and employment to promote poverty alleviation,it will win the battle of poverty alleviation in colleges and universities,block the intergenerational transmission chain of poverty,and improve the poor students and their parents“sense of acquisition”.
