摘  要:目的探讨儿内科和儿外科协作管患者联合TBL教学查房法在儿科住院医师规范化培训教学的应用的效果。方法2019年12月—2020年12月期间轮转儿外科的儿内科规培医生,纳入36人单独管理儿外患者并参与传统教学查房方式,设为对照组,另纳入36人与儿外科医生搭组联合管理患者并采用新的TBL教学查房法,1个月规培结束后进行理论和实践考核,分析两组考核成绩的差异,通过患者满意度调查分析和出科问卷调查反馈不同模式的教学效果。结果对照组平均考核成绩为(82.5±5.2)分,TBL组平均考核成绩为(90.6±4.0)分,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.00);患者满意度调查显示TBL组满意度更高,且TBL组的问卷反馈结果均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿内外科团队协作联合TBL教学查房能带动学员主动和积极地学习,可以培养学员科学的临床思维并提高诊治水平,加强团结合作意识。Objective To explore the teaching effect of TBL teaching and team cooperation in the pediatrics resident training.Methods From December 2019 to December 2020,a total of 72 pediatrics resident enrolled in the study,divided into two groups.36 were in a control group,who accepted traditional teaching method and managed pediatric patients individually.36 were enrolled in groups with pediatric surgeons to manage the patients corporately and adopted the new TBL teaching rounds.After the one-month training,the theory and practice assessment will be carried out to analyze the difference outcome between the two groups.comprehensive ability and the satisfaction of the teaching model were also analyzed.Results The scores of theoretical examinations were statistically significant(P=0.00),while the TBL group was(90.6±4.0)and the control group was(82.5±5.2).Patient satisfaction survey showed that the TBL group had higher satisfaction,and the questionnaire feedback results of the TBL group were better(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of TBL teaching combined with team cooperation in the pediatrics resident training is beneficial to improve students'enthusiasm of learning,consolidate students'comprehensive quality level and professional technical level,improve the ability of teamwork.
