摘 要:发展留学生教育是实现教育国际化的重要标志。随着中国经济的发展,来华留学生持续增加,对针对来华留学生的教学方法和管理模式提出的新的课题。同班施训是学校针对医学专业本科留学生的特色教学模式,通过科学的顶层设计和多年的探索,建立了相对成熟的留学生教学管理体系。物理诊断学是连接医学基础课程和临床课程的桥梁,是一切临床技能的基础,对留学生的语言沟通和动手实践能力都提出了更高的要求和挑战。文章通过对医学留学生物理诊断同班施教的现状进行研究,发现语言交流能力制约、缺乏针对留学生的有效教学课件、存在跨文化压力和心理问题和缺乏教学反馈模式等问题是影响教学效果的主要因素。因此,文章提出利用翻转课堂强化医学汉语交流应用能力,开始临床场景模拟练习及强化体验式教学,设置多媒体物理诊断课件,加强文化交流和提供心理辅导援助,建立闭合式教学反馈模式等对策,以期提高来华医学本科留学生物理诊断的教学效果。The development of education for international students is an important symbol of the internationalization of education.With the development of China's economy,the number of foreign students in China continues to increase,which raise new issues for the teaching methods and management mode of foreign students in China.Teaching in the same class is a characteristic teaching mode for medical undergraduates in our university.Through scientific top-level design and years of exploration,we have established a relatively mature teaching management system for international students.Physical diagnostics is the bridge between basic medical courses and clinical courses,and it is the basis of clinical skills.It makes higher requirements for the foreign students'language communication and practical ability.Based on the study of the current situation of physical diagnosis teaching in the same class for foreign medical students,this paper finds that language barriers,lack of effective teaching courseware,cross-cultural pressure,psychological problems and lack teaching management mode for foreign medical students are the main factors affecting the teaching effect.Therefore,this paper proposes to use flipped classroom to strengthen the application ability of medical Chinese communication,start clinical scene simulation practice and strengthen experiential teaching,set up multimedia physical diagnosis courseware,strengthen cultural exchange,provide psychological counseling assistance,and establish closed teaching feedback mode,so as to improve the teaching effect of physical diagnosis for medical undergraduate students in China.
