摘  要:文章是在就业竞争日益激烈和医学专业研究生择业机遇日益增加的大背景下,从硕士生指导教师个人和导师小组的角度,就研究生就业力培养体系构建过程中的经验和注意事项进行浅析,以不断提升研究生的培养质量。主要观点包括导师自身对其职业生涯的归纳和总结是开展针对学生职业生涯教育的基础,导师对职业生涯教育认识的程度将影响开展就业力培养相关教育的深度和广度,导师对就业力培养的认识是职业生涯教育的有机组成部分,导师和导师组成员应注重关注就业力培养中研究生的主体性,导师和导师组成员应充分认识到就业准备指导的重要性并持续进行就业力培养模式的反思。For medical graduates,the employment competition is increasingly fierce and the opportunities to make career-related choices are also increasing.In this context,this article provided the experience and considerations in the process of constructing the graduate employability training system,from the perspective of individual supervisors and mentor groups of master students.The experience and challenges would help to improve the quality of medical graduate students.The main points include that the supervisor’s own induction and summary of his or her career is the basis for carrying out career education for master students,the supervisor’s understanding of career education will affect the depth and breadth of career education,the supervisor’s recognition is an integral part of career education,the supervisors and the mentor group members should pay attention to the subjectivity of master graduate students in the training of employability,the supervisor and mentor group members should fully recognize the importance of employment preparation guidance and continue to rethink the model of employability training.
